Meet the Franchise Principal – Kim Nair

I have 3 young girls who are the reason why It’s important to lead with passion, care, intelligence, and simplicity. It is important that I set the bar for women – everywhere.
 I have been in the insurance industry for 17 years having worked at all facets of the insurance business and knows the dedication it takes to get to the top. My passion in mentorship allows me to upskill other women/men to become leaders one day. Having the acumen for business, knowing, and having experienced the tough climate of the economy and enrobed with people skills, I as the Franchise Principal means that I am creating a strong and steady network within the insurance industry that will stand the test of time and evolve as tomorrow’s leaders.  Titles are not important to me, what is important to me is the advisory experience within my company. I have a clear vision of the environment that I would like to create for myself and my employees, I want to be a friendly face in a tough industry. I am a leader. My core value will always be I am because we are. I seek to understand and appreciate different perspectives. I embrace challenges and opportunities for growth within the company.
